This is what you need

1 Frozen ripe banana
4 Bouquets of cauliflower – preferably frozen
3 dl Plant milk of your choice
Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
1 -2 tbsp Pure Marine Collagen

Course of action

Start with the liquid in the blender first to help it circulate more easily. Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape out all the seeds. Add the banana, cauliflower, vanilla seeds, and Vild Nord collagen powder to the blender and blend until smooth. Carefully add more liquid if you prefer a thinner consistency. For toppings, you can add ingredients you like. Try, for example, frozen berries, nut butter, and oats or granola.
