The rich lemon smoothie

Lemon Collagen Smoothie

If you enjoy slightly sour juices or would like a lemony drink in the morning but prefer a slightly richer and creamier smoothie, then this morning smoothie is amazingly delicious with protein, sweetness, and acidity all in one. Here, we use Lemon Marine Collagen, which contains MSC-certified marine collagen and vitamin C.

This is what you need

For one serving:

1 lemon
200 ml frozen cauliflower
1 date
about 2.5 cm ginger
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1/2 banana (preferably frozen)
1 tablespoon Lemon Marine Collagen
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
4 ice cubes
Approximately 200 ml of preferred milk


Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend well until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away.
